FRENCH BREAKFAST PUFFS 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Mix first three ingredients in mixer. Blend dry ingredients. Add flavoring to milk. Alternately add milk and dry ingredients to sugar mixture. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Dip tops of baked muffins in 6 tablespoons melted butter, then into 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon mixed in 1/4 cup sugar.
