PLUM SALAD 
1 lg. can purple plums
2 pkgs. cherry Jello
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Drain liquid from plums and bring to a boil. Add the Jello and stir until dissolved. Cream together the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Add to hot plum juice mixture. Stir in the crushed pineapple and plums. Pour in a 9 x 9 inch serving dish and refrigerate. Serve individual portions on a bed of lettuce. Serves 6 to 8.
