BREAKFAST EGG CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1 c. cut cheddar cheese

Combine two mixtures. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Let set overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
