PLUM CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 jars plum baby food (4 3/4 oz. each)
1-1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, oil and all other ingredients. Beat at high speed on mixer for 5 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE:

Dribble 1 cup powdered sugar mixed with juice of 1 lemon over top of cake.
