4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 can milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
32 marshmallows
1 lg. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 lg. pkg. milk chocolate bits
2 c. pecans

Mix ingredients together, boil 8 minutes over low heat. Remove from stove, add vanilla and marshmallows. Then add all of the chocolate bits and nuts. Stir until all are mixed good. Spread in large pan. Yield: 5 pounds.
