OLD FASHIONED RHUBARB PIE 
2 cups sliced rhubarb
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. butter

Beat egg. Beat in sugar, flour and salt and turn into plate lined with pastry. Add the butter in bits here and there, cover and finish as ordinary apple pie. I use a lattice crust.

Bake in slow oven at 325°F for 35-40 minutes.
