PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE SALAD 
1 c. hot water
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. can pineapple (crushed)

1. Dissolve Jello in hot water.

2. Cream pineapple and cheese together and mix with Jello.

3. Whip cream until stiff and fold in Jello mixture.

4. Pour into long Pyrex dish.

5. Place in refrigerator. Can be made the day before.
