PUNCH BOWL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 can cherry pie filling
2 pkg. (3 oz.) instant vanilla pudding, prepared
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
2 bananas, sliced
1 container non-dairy whipped topping (16 oz.)

Crumble cooled, baked cake. Layer half of cake in punch bowl. Top with 1/2 each of pie filling, pudding, drained pineapple, bananas and Cool Whip. Repeat layers, using remaining 1/2 of each ingredient. Garnish with chopped pecans, cherry and coconut if desired.
