1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, grated fine (juice and all)
2/3 c. vinegar
2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. celery seed

Combine sugar, mustard, salt, onion juice and half of the vinegar. Process in blender on medium high. Then gradually add the oil alternately with the remaining vinegar and beat until a stable emulsion has been formed. Add the celery seed. Beat until combined. This is good on fruits. Yields about 4 cups.
