1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 c. oil

Using 1/3 cup of the oil, blend all the ingredients together for 30 seconds at low speed in a blender or mixer. Then at high speed, slowly add the remaining 2/3 cup oil and beat until thick. Makes 1 1/4 cups dressing. Excellent over fruit.
