CHICKEN SKILLET 
3-4 lbs. chicken
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
3 c. water
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder/salt
2 c. colored rotini macaroni

Brown meat and onion in butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add next 6 ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover; simmer 30 minutes. Stir in uncooked rotini. Cook, uncovered, 10 minutes.

Serve with shredded cheese on top or Parmesan cheese.
