CORN DOGS 
3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten slightly
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 lb. wieners, room temperature

Mix all the ingredients except the wieners. Dip wieners in the batter. Fry in hot oil until nice and brown. Keep turning so wieners cook through.
