BLUEBERRY BUCKLE | |
1/4 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk 2 c. blueberries Crumb topping Cream butter, add sugar and beat until light. Add egg and beat well. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk beating until smooth. Fold in berries and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake in greased 9 x 9 x 2 pan. TOPPING: 1/4 cup soft butter, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour and cinnamon to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes. |
