LIME RICE MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime gelatin
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. cooked rice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple & juice
1 c. whipping cream

Dissolve 1 package lime gelatin in 2 cups hot water. Cool and pour into greased Lucky 4 leaf Clover Mold. Chill until firm. Chill together marshmallows, rice and pineapple. Dissolve second package lime gelatin in 2 cups boiling water. Chill until partially set. Whip gelatin. Fold in whipped cream and other chilled ingredients. Pour into mold.
