EASY PECAN PIE 
3 eggs (beaten slightly)
1 c. light or dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
1 unbaked pie shell (9 inch)

Blend well eggs, corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir in pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted 1/2 way between center and edge comes out clean. Serve hot with ice cream or whipped cream or cool pie and serve plain. Serves 8.
