ZILLA'S HAWAIIAN PORK 
This recipe can be used with pork, chicken, or turkey. It can be served over potatoes, pasta, or rice.

1 (3 lb.) pork loin
1 pkg. baby carrots
1 onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 (10 oz. ea.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
garlic powder, to taste

Heat Crock-Pot. Quarter onion. Cut pork loin into 1 pound pieces for tenderness.

Place carrots, onion, mushrooms, pineapple (with juice) and pork loin in slow cooker. Pour in teriyaki sauce and cream of mushroom soup. Add seasonings.

Cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Stir as desired.

After 4 hours, the recipe can be reduced to LOW until dinner is served.
