EASY CHICKEN PAN PIE 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. of frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 c. finely diced onion
1 c. chicken broth
Pepper to taste

TOPPING:

1 c. self rising flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 2 quart baking dish. Place chicken and vegetables in baking dish and stir in soup, chicken broth and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture. Combine flour, milk and butter, stirring only until smooth. Pour over mixture in baking dish and bake 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool at least 10 minutes.
