HAM AND CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (9-inch) deep dish pie crust
4 eggs, well-beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 c. whipping cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese (or any white cheese)
1/2 to 1 c. ham, cubed

Blend all liquid ingredients and salt and pepper. Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.

For variation: Add 1/4 cup chopped green pepper and 1/4 cup chopped onion.
