SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. hot pork sausage
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. Bisquick

Have sausage and cheese at room temperature. Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll into walnut size balls; place on cookie sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Note: I always double this recipe, using 1 pound of hot sausage and 1 pound regular (it's not soo hot). After baking, I cool on paper towels, then freeze. Take as many as you'll need out of the freezer and defrost on paper towels. Then heat in oven at 350 degrees for 5 or 8 minutes or until heated through. Nice to keep on head for unexpected company who drop in for an evening visit.
