SAUSAGE - CHEESE BALLS | |
1 lb. ground sausage 2 1/2 c. Bisquick mix 1 - 2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1/2 c. water Break up sausage into skillet and brown slightly. Pour off all grease. With hands, mix in Bisquick, cheese and water. Form into walnut - size balls with hands. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Variation: wrap dough around stuffed olives. Can be frozen until needed as raw or baked balls in baggies. |
