KNOX BLOCKS 
4 env. plain gelatin
3 c. boiling water
5 pkgs. Jello
1 c. (1/2 pt.) heavy cream

In a large bowl, combine plain gelatin and Jello. Add boiling water, stir to completely dissolve. Add cream. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1 inch squares.
