HOT DOG CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. ketchup

Cover ground beef with cold water. Do not precook. Stir until meat is well separated and of a fine consistency. Add other ingredients and cook over low to medium heat until desired consistency for hotdogs. Freezes well.
