HOT DOG CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. hot water
10 oz. ketchup
2 tsp. salt
3-4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. onion flakes

Brown hamburger, stirring to keep meat crumbly and drain off grease. Add water and all other ingredients. Allow to come to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce to low and cook slowly for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
