HOT DOG CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
4 heaping tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. ketchup
3 tsp. vinegar
3 tsp. chili powder
3 onions, chopped
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Brown and drain ground beef. Add remaining ingredients including water for desired thickness of mixture. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
