CHILI (FOR HOT DOGS) 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. chili-o with onion seasoning package
1 lg. bottle ketchup (Heinz)
2 to 4 tbsp. chili powder (2 tbsp. if not too spicy, 4 tbsp. if you want it spicy)
1/2 bottle of water (add at end)

Boil ground beef that has been covered with water. Boil until done usually 15 to 20 minutes. Drain water completely off ground beef. Put beef back into pot. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes. Delicious!!
