1 1/2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. hot red pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. catsup
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef

Brown ground beef and then drain. Mix together all ingredients and cook 2 1/2 hours.
