YULE LOG ROLL 
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. butterscotch bits
2/3 c. Eagle brand milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pecans, crushed

Melt butterscotch bits over hot water (not boiling). Remove from heat and stir in milk and vanilla. Stir in pecans and mix. Shape into two rolls and roll in pecans. Wrap in wax paper and chill. Slice to serve.
