YULE LOG ROLL 
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. Amaretto or 2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tbsp. powdered sugar
Melted butter
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 lb. thin sliced bread

Blend first four ingredients in food processor until spreadable. Trim crusts and flatten bread slices with rolling pin. Spread cream cheese mixture on bread and roll jelly-roll fashion. Dip in melted butter. Mix sugar and cinnamon. Dip bread rolls in this mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes. (May be frozen prior to baking, but will need to be baked for 12-15 minutes if frozen.) Note: Can cut rolls into bite size.
