BUTTERSCOTCH YULE LOG 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestles butterscotch morsels
1/2 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 egg white, beaten
1 c. pecan halves

Melt morsels over hot boiling water. Remove. Stir in milk and vanilla. Add pecans; mix well. Chill until cool enough to handle. Form into 12 inch roll on wax paper. Mark surface with tines of fork. Brush with egg white. Press pecan halves into roll to cover surface. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill. Cut in 1/2 inch slices with sharp knife. Makes 2 dozen.
