BUNKER HILL FLOUNDER 
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 tbsp. dried onion flakes
1/8 tsp. ground coriander (optional)
3 packets George Washington's seasoning and broth
Dash of ginger
2 lb. fillet of flounder

Combine all ingredients except flounder. Simmer gently for 10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
