SALMON SOUP 
1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
2 potatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
1 qt. water
Salt, pepper, and parsley

Melt butter. Add onion and celery; saute until soft. Add water, potatoes, and salmon. Boil to cook potatoes. Add milk and spices. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes. (Less water can be used.)
