FRESH PEACH KUCHEN 
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter

FILLING:

8 fresh peaches, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. sour cream

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Pat in even layer and halfway up sides of 8 inch square baking dish. Press firmly. Arrange peaches over crust. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over peaches. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven. Add sour cream mixed with egg yolks. Bake 30 minutes longer.
