ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. meat: 1/2 lb. beef, 1/2 lb. veal, 1/2 lb. pork
2 eggs, beat well
1/2 c. grated Italian cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. chopped parsley, fresh
1 tsp. salt
1 chopped clove garlic or more
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, using hands shape lightly into 2 inch balls. Saute in 2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 chopped onion. Remove onion and brown meatballs on all sides, about 20 minutes. Add to prepared sauce for 1/2 hour. Serve over spaghetti.
