COLD CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked, cut chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 c. grapes
1 c. pecans
1 c. Miracle Whip dressing

Cut up cooked chicken into bite size pieces. Drain pineapple juice from can; reserve. Mix chicken pieces, pineapple, celery, grapes and pecans. Mix together Miracle Whip and reserved pineapple juice; toss with chicken mixture. Serve on a bed of lettuce with any variety of fruit on the side.
