FRENCH TOAST BUNDLES 
8 thick slices (about 3/4")
French or sour dough bread
4 slices Canadian style bacon
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. dairy eggnog
Nonstick spray coating
Powdered sugar (opt.)
Strawberry preserves (opt.)

To make bundles, stack 1 slice Canadian style bacon and 1 slice cheese between every 2 pieces of French bread. (Halve bacon and Monterey Jack cheese slices as necessary and overlap to fit on the bread slices.)

Dip bundles in eggnog, thoroughly covering both sides. Spray a large skillet with non-stick spray coating; place over medium heat until hot. Add bundles; cook 2 1/2 minutes or until golden. Flip bundles; cook 1 1/2 minutes more or until golden. Remove from heat.

Sift powdered sugar over each bundle. Serve with strawberry preserves. Makes 4 main dish servings.
