PINCH CAKE 
3-4 cans biscuits
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3-4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans; optional

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Cut biscuits into quarters. Pour butter mixture over biscuits. Toss with spoon. Bake in a greased bundt pan until golden brown (about 20-30 minutes). Pinch off and eat.
