PINCH CAKE 
3 cans biscuits
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Coconut and/or nuts (opt.)
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Toss biscuit pieces until well coated. Place in greased bundt pan. Melt butter and mix with leftover sugar mixture plus enough sugar to make 1 cup. Pour over biscuit pieces. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Turn upside down on plate.
