BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add milk, egg, butter and vanilla. Mix just until dry ingredients are moistened. Lightly fold in blueberries. Spoon into well greased muffin pans. Combine butter, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of muffin batter before baking. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
