STRAWBERRY SLUSHIE
Put about 5 ice cubes in the bottom of the blender. Put about 7 strawberries on top of the ice. Then put 5 more ice cubes on the strawberries and blend. When it looks like a slushie add about a spoonful of sugar and mix in. Then pour into cups and drink away.

I have tried 4-5 other recipes, but none turned out this good and was this easy. I was looking for a non-dairy recipe that was low fat and easy. This is awesome. It tastes so fresh & light. I did add another spoonful of sugar, but that was all.

Quick and tasty! I added 1/4 - 1/2 tsp of lemon juice, which brightened the flavor, and a little extra sugar. Excellent recipe!
