BEAN SPROUT SOUP 
2 c. bean sprouts
2 tbsp. salt
1 cloves, peeled and minced
1 tbsp. finely chopped scallion
2 drops sesame oil
5 c. water

Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly in cold water. Put the clean, washed the bean sprouts in medium size pot. Add water and salt. Cover the pot lid to boil about 25 minutes. Reduce heat to simmer. Add minced garlic, chopped scallion, and 2 drops of sesame oil. Bring to boil again about 10 more minutes. Serve with cooked rice. Makes 4 servings.

Bean Sprouts have a plenty of Vitamin C. It is good for the cold.
