4 pork loin chops
4 onion slices, thin
4 lemon slices, thin
4 tbsp. packed brown sugar
4 tbsp. catsup

Place pork chops in ungreased shallow baking pan or dish. Top each pork chop with an onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup.

Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake, spooning sauce on to pork chops occasionally, until done, about another 30 minutes.
