BAKED CUSTARD FLAN 
6 eggs
9 tbsp. sugar
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

CARAMEL:

1 c. sugar
Little bit of water

Melt sugar until it caramels.

Beat eggs, enough to mix yolks and whites. Add sugar, milk, salt and vanilla. Strain. Pour caramel in custard cups or bread pan to coat sides and bottom. Pour in the custard mixture. Set cups or pan in a pan with hot water and bake in oven 350 degrees for 1 hour or until firm.
