1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk (lg.) 1 can milk (using same can for measuring) 4 beaten eggs 1 c. coconut 2/3 c. slivered almonds Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix condensed milk, milk and eggs. Add coconut and almonds. Bake in bread pan which is set in a shallow pan with small amount of water until set. In Spain we served this in slices with a few slices of canned peaches on top. |
