CHEESE CUSTARD (FLAN) 
1/2 can condensed milk (14 oz.)
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 cream cheese (8 oz.)
3 whole eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the sugar on a large container. On a round deep cake pan (without center hole) put the sugar and heat on the stove until it forms a caramel. Move the pan, so the caramel will stick to the sides of the pan. Let it set and cool off. Set the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the mix on the pan with the caramel.

Take a shallow large pan and fill with water. Then put the pan with the mix and the sugar on it, so the pan with the mix is inside the pan with the water. The water should surround the pan with the mix. Then put both pans in the oven for 45 minutes. (Amount of cooking time may vary with different stoves).
