CUSTARD FLAN 
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon
4 eggs

Put everything into electric blender for 1 minute. Pour into a glass loaf dish. Put filled loaf dish in another large pan with water covering loaf pan half way and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Take loaf pan out of water pan, when cooled, refrigerate.
