STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
4 c. prepared strawberries
8 c. sugar
2 boxes Sure Jell
1 1/2 c. hot water

Remove caps from strawberries. Crush berries. Measure 4 cups into large bowl. Add sugar and stir thoroughly. Let stand 10 minutes.

Mix hot water and Sure Jell in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Stir constantly. At once, stir into fruit. Continue stirring 3 minutes. Immediately ladle into containers. Wipe tops with damp cloth. Cover at once with lids. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours. Store jam in freezer. Yield: 9 cups.
