STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
1 box sure-jell fruit pectin

Thoroughly mix fruit and sugar in large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Mix water and fruit pectin in small saucepan. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in fruit. Combine, stirring 3 minutes. Ladle quickly into 6 (1 cup) containers. Cover at once with tight lids. Let stand overnight. Then store in freezer.
