1 (4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 tsp. almond extract or 2 tsp. amaretto liqueur
1 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped

Prepare vanilla pudding mix as directed on box, using only 1 CUP milk. Add almond extract to pudding mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Can be made in advance. Serve with fresh fruit or as garnish on coffee. Makes about 2 cups.
