CHOCOLATE PIE WITH WHIPPED CREAM 
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. milk
1 well-beaten egg
Butter size of walnut
Baked pie shell
Whipped cream

Mix together first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and add milk, beaten egg and butter. Cook slowly until thick. Let it cook a few minutes after it reaches the boiling point. Let cool and pour into baked pie shell and top with whipped cream. Serves 6-8.
