GERMAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
1 German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. caramels
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 stick butter, melted
Nuts

Melt in double boiler caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Mix together cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Put 3/4 cake mix as crust in 9x13 pan and bake 6 minutes at 375 degrees.

Then pour caramels over crust. Pour chips and nuts over. Drop rest of cake mix on top. Bake 20 minutes. Cool, then refrigerate 1 hour.
